Painting Services

Exterior House Painting in Tampa Bay.

Stucco, siding, trim, doors, and soffits — prepped properly and finished with exterior coatings made for Florida sun, salt air, and summer storms.

What We Do

Florida is hard on paint. UV fades it, humidity lifts it, and afternoon storms find every open crack. A paint job lasts when the prep is right, so that is where the work starts: we wash the walls, scrape and sand what is loose, fill cracks, caulk joints, and prime bare spots before two finish coats go on. Paint the whole house, or only the walls, trim, or doors that need it — the estimate is written either way.

The Whole Job or Just Part of It

The Whole House

Every wall, trim board, soffit, and door in one color scheme, as one job with one written price.

One or Two Sides

The sun-faded south and west walls usually go first. Repainting just those is often the sensible call.

Trim, Doors & Details

Fascia, soffits, shutters, the front door, and the garage door — a big refresh for a smaller budget.

Common Questions

How often does a house in Florida need repainting?

Most exterior paint here needs attention every 5 to 10 years, depending on the surface, how much direct sun it gets, and how well it was prepared last time. South- and west-facing walls usually fade first, which is why painting only part of the house is often an option.

How much does it cost to paint the outside of a house?

It depends on the size of the house, the surface, how much repair and prep it needs, and how much trim there is. Rather than quote a range that fits nobody, we come out, look at the walls, and give you a written price for exactly the areas you want painted — free, and with no obligation.

Do I need to be home while you paint?

Not for exterior work, as long as we can reach every side of the house and use an outside water spigot for washing. We agree the schedule with you before we start.

What happens if it rains?

We watch the forecast and plan around it. Paint needs a dry surface and time to set, so if a storm is on the way we stop in time and pick up again once the walls are dry.

Every estimate is written and spells out which areas are included, so you know exactly what you are paying for — whether that is the whole house or one wall.
