Yes. Plenty of jobs are one sun-faded side, a few rooms, the ceilings, or just the trim and doors. The estimate covers exactly the areas you choose, and nothing you did not ask for.

There is no single schedule. Sherwin-Williams gives 7 to 10 years as a typical interval for exterior paint, depending on climate, surface, and paint quality, but the condition of the paint tells you more than its age. Indoors, scuffs and wear decide it: kitchens, hallways, and kids’ rooms usually want a fresh coat sooner.

An average room usually takes about a day, prep included. A whole interior or a whole exterior typically takes several days, depending on size, ceilings, trim, and weather. You get a realistic schedule together with the estimate.

No. We move and cover furniture ourselves and put it back afterwards; please take down pictures and put away anything fragile. For exterior work you do not need to be home, as long as we can reach every side of the house.

Yes. Our design team can put together a color scheme with you — on its own, or as part of an Express Design session — so you are not guessing from tiny paint chips on the day.

No. AJ Concrete Homes is a painting and remodeling company. We do not build new homes or additions, and we do not take on structural work — for those projects you need a licensed general contractor.

AJ Concrete Homes performs painting, remodeling, repair, and handyman work directly with our own crew. Work that requires a state license — electrical, plumbing, roofing, and HVAC — is performed by our licensed and insured subcontractor partners. We coordinate those partners and stay accountable for the project as a whole.

All of Florida. Tampa Bay is our home base and where scheduling is fastest — St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, New Port Richey, and Sarasota — but we take on projects statewide, from Orlando and Jacksonville to Fort Myers, Naples, and the southeast coast. For work outside Tampa Bay we agree travel and scheduling up front so there are no surprises.

Yes. The same crew remodels kitchens and bathrooms, installs flooring, and works through repair lists, and our design team offers interior design. Bathrooms typically run one to three weeks, kitchens longer; we give you a realistic timeline up front.

Yes. A single room, a front door, or a list of touch-ups is worth a visit to us. If you have several small jobs, we can usually handle them together instead of you chasing different trades.

Yes. We buy properties across Florida, renovate them with our own crew, and bring them back to market. Because we do the work ourselves, we can take on houses that need significant work and close on a timeline that suits you.
