AJ Concrete Homes performs remodeling, repair, and handyman work directly with our own crew. Work that requires a state license — electrical, plumbing, roofing, and HVAC — is performed by our licensed and insured subcontractor partners. We coordinate those partners and stay accountable for the project as a whole.

All of Florida. Tampa Bay is our home base and where we work most — St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, New Port Richey, and Sarasota — but we take on projects statewide, from Orlando and Jacksonville to Fort Myers, Naples, and the southeast coast. For work outside Tampa Bay we agree travel and scheduling up front so there are no surprises.

Yes. Most contractors will not show up for a two-hour job — we will. If you have a running list of small repairs, we can usually handle it in a single visit instead of you chasing several different trades.

Yes. We buy properties across Florida, renovate them with our own crew, and bring them back to market. Because we do the construction ourselves, we can take on houses that need significant work and close on a timeline that suits you.
