Privacy Policy
Effective September 23, 2026. What we collect, why, and what you can do about it — in plain words.
This policy covers AJ Concrete Homes LLC (“we”, “us”), a painting and remodeling company based in Tampa Bay, Florida, and the website at www.ajconcretehomes.com. It explains what we collect when you visit the site, ask for an estimate, or become a client, and how we handle it.
Information you give us
When you request an estimate, call, text, or email us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are interested in, details about your home (such as whether the work is inside or outside and roughly when the home was built), and anything you write in your message.
If you become a client, we also keep what is needed to do and bill the work: the project address, estimates, the agreement you sign, invoices, and records of the payments you make. When you sign or confirm something electronically in your client account, we record the name you typed, the date and time, and the IP address and browser it came from, so the signature can be verified later.
Information collected automatically
- With an estimate request we store the IP address and browser type it was sent from, to stop spam and abuse.
- How you found us. When you arrive on the site, it notes in your own browser (local storage, kept for up to 90 days) the page you landed on, the website that sent you, and any advertising click identifier or campaign tags in the link — for example, that you came from a Google ad or from our Google Business Profile. If you then send an estimate request, that note travels with it. This tells us which advertising actually brings in work; it contains nothing about you personally.
- Analytics and advertising cookies. Our public pages may use Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set cookies and collect information such as the pages you view, how you reached the site, your device and browser, your approximate location from your IP address, and whether you called us or sent a request after clicking an ad. Google processes this under its own policy on how it uses data from sites that use its services.
What you type into the estimate form — your name, phone, email, address, or message — is never sent to Google or any other analytics or advertising company. A submitted request is counted, not described. Analytics and advertising tags do not run in the client account, the employee portal, or on the links we send you to view an estimate or invoice.
How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule a visit, and prepare an estimate.
- To carry out, document, and bill the work you hire us for.
- To keep you updated about your project.
- To understand which pages and advertising bring in real enquiries, and to improve both.
- To protect the site and our clients from spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to meet legal obligations.
We do not send marketing email or texts unless you have asked us to stay in touch.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business for us — website hosting, email, and the messaging tool that alerts our team to a new request — and only for that purpose.
- Google, for the analytics and advertising measurement described above.
- Licensed subcontractor partners, when part of your project (electrical, plumbing, roofing, or HVAC) is performed by one of them — only what they need to do that work.
- Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
Your choices
- You can turn off personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
- You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser’s settings. The site keeps working without them.
- You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ajconcretehomes@gmail.com. We may need to keep records we are legally required to keep — for example signed agreements, invoices, and payment records.
Browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals are not applied consistently across the web, and this site does not currently respond to them.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests that do not turn into work are kept for as long as they are useful for follow-up and record keeping, and then deleted. Project records — estimates, agreements, invoices, and payments — are kept for as long as tax, warranty, and legal obligations require.
Security
The site is served only over an encrypted connection, client and employee accounts are password-protected, and document links carry long random codes that are hard to guess. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you share with us.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging work on their property. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Other websites
Links to other websites — such as Google, Facebook, or review sites — are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
