AJ Concrete Homes is a young company — and we'd rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. What isn't new is the team behind it. Our crew has spent more than 15 years painting, remodeling, and repairing homes, and that experience comes with us to every job.
We work across Florida — with Tampa Bay as our home base — and painting is the core of what we do: exterior repaints, interiors, cabinets, stucco, decks, and garage floors. The same crew also remodels kitchens and bathrooms, installs flooring, and takes the punch-list repairs most contractors won't. We handle interior design, and we buy and renovate investment properties, which means we know what actually adds value to a house and what just adds cost.
Because we handle the construction ourselves rather than subcontracting the whole job out, you get one point of contact, one standard of work, and straight answers when you ask a question.

- AJ Concrete Homes performs painting, remodeling, repair, and handyman work directly with our own crew. We are not a general contractor and don't take on new construction, additions, or structural work.
- Work that requires a state license — electrical, plumbing, roofing, and HVAC — is performed by our licensed and insured subcontractor partners.
- We coordinate those partners and stay accountable for the project as a whole, so you always have one number to call.
